Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY Effective as of January 1, 2014
SIA “Lazuri” is a limited liability company, registration no. 40103246097. This Privacy Policy is applied to the collection, use and protection of Personal Data of the users of Lazuri Ltd. and the users of www.solidwoodgifts.com (hereinafter – the Site).
A data subject is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to, name, surname, identification number, personal identity number, address, or other personally identifiable information. Personal data do not include statistical data or anonymous data, data sets, or other derived data that cannot be used alone or in conjunction with other data to identify a particular individual.
1.The amount of data processing.
SIA “Lazuri” undertakes to accumulate and store only such Personal Data as is necessary for the performance of the business activities of SIA “Lazuri”. SIA “Lazuri” undertakes to ensure the correctness and completeness of the processed Personal Data by giving the customers as accurate as possible how to enter their data correctly and completely.
SIA “Lazuri” will process Personal Data to ensure its confidentiality and use all appropriate means and tools to prevent any unauthorized access. Personal data will not be transferred to a third party unless the data subject has consented thereto.
- Correctness, completeness and updating.
SIA “Lazuri” undertakes to ensure the correctness of the Personal Data and relies on its clients, suppliers and other third parties who transfer Personal Data to ensure the completeness and correctness of the transferred Personal Data.
If necessary, the Data Subject is entitled to modify, supplement or delete the Personal Data stored at his / her user profile at any time.
3.Registration.
If the customer has decided to register on the Site, the customer will be asked to provide his / her name, address, e-mail address and other details. SIA “Lazuri” is entitled to use the information provided to personalize and improve the performance of the Site. This may include, but is not limited to, promotional offers prepared according to the customer’s previous purchases, provided to the customer online or via e-mail with the customer’s consent, or in accordance with regulatory requirements.

5.Use.
SIA “Lazuri” will process Personal Data only in good faith and in accordance with the law and will not use Personal Data for purposes that do not correspond to the purposes for which SIA “Lazuri” has received Personal Data.
Accrued Customer Personal Data will be processed by SIA Lazuri to: fulfill orders; to help Lazuri Ltd. to improve the Site and availability of information to the customer online; to provide the client with information about products and services of SIA “Lazuri”; ordering, customer support, payment and service delivery; and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Order online.
If the customer wants to place an order online, SIA “Lazuri” needs to know the customer’s name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, postal address and other data related to the payment. It allows SIA Lazuri to provide a complete execution of the customer’s order and to inform about the order fulfillment status.
- Polls and Competitions.
SIA “Lazuri” occasionally performs surveys or competitions of the Site users. Although participation in these activities is voluntary, SIA “Lazuri” may need to request information from the client if it has chosen to participate in the relevant process. Survey results are compiled and made available to other users of the Site, indicating the views of other similar users on a particular topic. Survey results are only aggregated with the overall performance of the results, without specifying individual user responses. The information to be collected for the competition will be used for the contest and for informing the winners unless otherwise specified in the terms of the competition.
8.E-mail communication with SIA “Lazuri”.
If the customer is registered on the Site and has separately agreed to receive e-mails from SIA Lazuri with the most up-to-date information, SIA Lazuri will from time to time send such e-mails to the customer about various products and services of SIA “Lazuri”, including offers for / related to the Site’s offered features and changes that may be useful to the customer. The Customer may revoke his / her permission to receive e-mail at any time by sending an e-mail to elina@solidwoodgifts.com with your name and e-mail address. Upon receipt of such an e-mail, SIA Lazuri will remove the customer’s data from the list of relevant mail recipients.
- Minors.
SIA Lazuri does not sell products to minors. Adults – adults can purchase products for minors. If the customer is under the age of 18, he / she is entitled to use the Site to make purchases only under the supervision of parents or guardians.
- Cookies.
SIA “Lazuri” is entitled to collect data about the user of the website by using cookies to improve the services available to the users. Cookies are files that websites place on users’ computers to recognize the user and make it easier for the user to use the site. Internet browsers can be configured to alert the customer to the use of cookies (cookies) and to choose whether the customer agrees to accept them. Failure to accept cookies will not prevent the Client from using the Site, but may restrict the use of the Site by the Customer.
11.Third Parties.
“Lazuri” Ltd will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable conduct of the business, ensuring that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data and provide appropriate protection. SIA “Lazuri” will transfer to the suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others of SIA “Lazuri” who assist Lazuri and its clients in the conduct of business in order to implement the relevant cooperation.
SIA “Lazuri” will transfer the data necessary for the payment to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
However, in such cases, SIA Lazuri will require the data recipients to use the information received only for the purposes for which the data were transferred and in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
SIA “Lazuri” will make reasonable efforts to ensure that when Personal Data is transferred to foreign countries, adequate protection is provided to them.
SIA “Lazuri” undertakes not to transfer Personal Data to an organization or any other person in a country where an adequate level of personal data protection is not provided, except in the following cases:
-The Customer has given his consent;
-Delivery is required to enter into a contract with a client or to execute a contract with a client;
-Delivery is required to conclude or execute a contract concluded in the interest of the client;
-Transfers are permitted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
With regard to personally identifiable information transferred to another country, national law, including national security legislation, can be applied to combat terrorism, which may allow law enforcement authorities or enforcement authorities to access information held by private individuals.
- Access to Personal Data.
Based on reasonable written request, SIA “Lazuri” will inform the Data Subject about: Personal data processed by SIA “Lazuri” for him; source of data (if permitted by law); the date of the last change to the Personal Data; the purposes for which Personal Data is processed; the recipients or categories of recipients of the data; and whether the information is processed automatically. SIA “Lazuri” may develop rules for access to Personal Data, including procedures and fees for providing access.
- Application.
SIA “Lazuri” is entitled to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its own discretion. This Privacy Policy is made available on the Lazuri Ltd. website and is applied from the date of publication of the relevant version as stated at the beginning.
- “Lazuri” Ltd. Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Site Terms.
